Hi, I'm Chilli, a tattoo artist originally from China. I'm a bit shy, so I let my work do most of the talking for me. I love creating designs that combine traditional Chinse elements with modern techniques, bringing a unique blend of art to every piece I work on. FAQ: Common Questions From Our Clients

What to expect when you book

When you book with us, we require deposit per session booked. Deposits range from $50-$200 depending on the size of your piece and the artist preference. This can be done via bank transfer, cash or eftpos at the shop.
We love you to share your ideas and images with us, ideally through our Instagram page or through email (thedoomroomnz@gmail.com) so send them our way. It is good for us to have an idea of what you are wanting, the size, position and the style so please keep this in mind when contacting us of if you are in studio for a consultation

Do you sell aftercare products

Yes! we sell Fresh flesh aftercare in studio. Our aftercare is available for $24.95 for a 30gram glass jar, and we stand by what we sell in the studio. Think of it as insurance for your tattoo. One you leave the studio it is up to you to give your tattoo the care it needs.

Cancellation policy

Your deposit is used to secure your appointment. Please note, deposits are refundable without question up until 72 hours before your appointment. Within 48 -24 hours we are sometimes able to make exceptions, especially if you are able to reschedule - we hold your deposit until you are ready to rebook. Same day cancellation or no shows will always result in loss of deposit due.

How do you determine pricing

Our prices vary between artists, however we all price be the hour rather by piece and can quote an estimate through email, instagram or in studio. Full sessions are approximately 6.5 hours.

Our artists full day bookings range $1000 - $1400. Our apprentices do sometimes offer cheaper rates depending on their experience,
