We're excited to welcome Esperance to the team as they begin their tattoo apprenticeship with us. With strong passion for ornamental style work, geometric patterns, and Art Nouveau design, Esperance brings a creative eye and a love for flowing detail to everything they create. They are drawn to symmetry, fine line precision, and the elegance of decorative art, often blending structured geometry with the soft, natural movement and defines Art Nouveau. As they step into the world of tattooing Esperance is dedicated to refining her craft.

I will definitely go for another tattoo here again. The Doom Room does not feel like a doom room at all. The people are very friendly and relaxed down to earth vibe, best service we got after visiting 9 other tattoo shops. Their tattoos are very high quality with a lot of detail and the most reasonably priced. You can tell that they have over 20 years experience.

Do you sell aftercare products?
Yes! we sell Fresh Flesh aftercare in studio. Our aftercare is available for $24.95 for a 30gram glass jar, and we stand by what we sell in the studio. Think of aftercare as insurance for your tattoo. Once you leave the studio it is up to you to give your tattoo the love and care it needs.Fresh Flesh will help you achieve that.
Cancellation policy.
​Your deposit is used to secure your appointment. Please note, deposits are refundable without question up until 72 hours before your appointment. Within 48 -24 hours we are sometimes able to make exceptions, especially if you are able to reschedule - we hold your deposit until you are ready to rebook. Same day cancellation or no shows will always result in loss of deposit due.
What to expect when you book?
​When you book with us, we require deposit per session booked. Deposits range from $50-$200 depending on the size of your piece and the artist preference. This can be done via bank transfer, cash or eftpos at the shop.We love you to share your ideas and images with us, ideally through our Instagram page or through email (thedoomroomnz@gmail.com) so send them our way. It is good for us to have an idea of what you are wanting, the size, position and the style so please keep this in mind when contacting us of if you are in studio for a consultation
How do you determine pricing?
​Our prices vary between artists, however we all price be the hour rather by piece and can quote an estimate through email, instagram or in studio. Full sessions are approximately 6.5 hours.Our artists full day bookings range $1000 - $1400. Our apprentices do sometimes offer cheaper rates depending on their experience, We are here to talk you through all options and what tattoo artist is best suited to you.

Fresh Flesh will have you covered for your Tattoo Aftercare, made in studio with the best natural ingredients, vegan friendly, Fresh Flesh is also keep in a 30ml reusable glass jar. We will also give you some aftercare advice and some instructions to take home with you.
